Cheap looking laptop, dull display - ended up returning

This started off as a decent laptop. Handled everything I threw at it relatively well. but exactly 42 days after buying it (past best buys 30 day return policy) the laptop went belly up for no reason. Contacted Lenovo support and they are sending me recovery CD's to try and fix it...its worth noting the 1 button restore did not work either...took forever to find the novo button (its next to the power port..small button)...if not for it going bad so quickly I would have rated it a lot better

The mouse sometimes stops moving but otherwise its ok.

I would recommend this pc to others for basic pc usage

The laptop is good for daily use but not for Gaming

Laptop is a piece of junk. I bought one took it back after 2 days mouse freeze's up. Exchanged after 17 days the same thing happened Best Buy would do absolutely nothing to help me it was past their 14 day return policy. Their store manger was rude and completely un helpful. I will never step foot in a BEST Buy. Dissatisfied to the MAX

case has sharp edges making it very difficult to use the key board, computer is slow, checked speed of internet and it was fine. very disappointed in the computer

ok for beginner, screen fades when not plugged in.

Great computer for school work. Easy installation.

I dunno what is wrong. This laptop runs very slowly. And then, when I type fast, the keys freeze up and this annoying little blue circle starts spinning. I have to close and restart. Not impressed.

The screen border actually was flimsy & the border separated at the bottom visibly from the screen itself. My 14 year old would have had this thing broken or messed up before long. Took it back & went to a heavier, more solid & robust computer for him.

Also this specification, but it is just slow... I bought a Dell laptop about the same price with touch screen but lower specification at the same time, I felt like Dell works much more smoothly.

This is an awesome laptop! It fast and efficient, I absolutely adore it. Will be purchasing another for my teenage daughter.

The laptop worked okay for about two week, then the screen started going blank. It turns out this is a common problem with this laptop. It will boot up completely with a blank screen. I've sent it into Lenovo and I am waiting for it to be fixed.

This laptop is a bang for your buck for the price I got it at during the sale. Only downside would be the slow hard drive (NOT SSD) and the dim standard display resolution screen... but that is to be expected at this price range.

well I brought the laptop online, read the reviews and I expected a pretty good mid level laptop for the price. when I received it I turned it on and right away I new something was wrong. I couldn't sign on to my WiFi. So I called up the " Geek Squad" thinking the experts that they are "supposedly, they where going to fix the problem rite away. Wrong, the guy on the phone didn't know what was the problem. Anyway I took it to a best buy building and when I was done finally explaining myself to a customer service rep. they took it to the back opened it up and it turns out they sold me a laptop with a missing Wifi device. I got my refund and left.

Ordered twice on Certified Open Box. Looked new on opening, but both times the adapter cord combonation from 3 prong to 2 prong was wrong. Did not get to turn on either machine. This is CERTIFIED..? Checked ? Ordered a different Lenovo model several times and it came prepacked with Trovi virus installed and permissions were in the Lenovo acceptance at the beginning of setup for them to have it on the machine. It is an extreme malware adware that slows your machine to almost a halt and even takes over Best Buy site to send info from other online stores especially when used with Google Chrome. I would never buy a Lenovo again.
