Great working laptop, it does everything I need it to do. Very affordable.

Bought this laptop for my son to use for school stuff.For the price,it has been a great one so far.

This laptop was supposed to be relatively fast. It isn't. Also, when you start typing, it oftens has a delay which is very frustrating. I purchased open box and would probably not buy a computer this way again.

This has been a great computer. It has been reliable, and is quite fast. Extremely pleased.

The laptop doesn't perform well. It lags too much and sometimes the screen just goes blank. I have to say I've only had this laptop for a couple of months and it's worse than my compaq that is 6 years old.

I got this computer as a replacement for my dead MacBook Pro....and it has underwhelmed me completely. It is so incredibly slow, and difficult to navigate. A complete waste of 315 dollars if you ask me.

This is a great laptop! Very fast and reliable! Great for college students!

but i'm still upset . battery runs out fast. the screen is worth . not bright. i'm looking the way how to escape . may be i'll sell it for free someone .

If you're not going to have more than 4 tabs or one application open, you're golden. If you live in the real world where you actually need to multitask, do not buy this laptop. Very disappointed...

Took it to Verizon after 40 minutes they were able to get it online. .. but when I get home the same problem happened even though they paired with my phone aka mobile hot spot. .. my husband has been very I'll I needed something to keep track of things. .. he is having chemo that is very hard on him this time and heart problems coded 3 times already. .. so I don't have the time to mess around with a piece of junk like this... I called Best Buy for help and was kept on hold for ever so I just gave up. .. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED A COSTLY LESSON ! ! !

Returned item due to pop-up frustration. Trouble and frustration trying to set up computer and add security. After several attempts to remove pop-ups and aggravation, returned to store to exchange for HP. Maybe someone with more computer savvy could handle, I could not. Happy with HP we got with in-store exchange.

Best buy for the price. Still using 2 years now. Would buy again.

Apparently it came with a free (short) internet security. When I went to put the Webroot secure disc in, I wasn't able to open up the little 'door' . My husband was finally able to do it with a pin in the 'emergency' spot. That is a crock !! Can this be taken care of????????

Less than one month of owning this piece of junk computer, I had to call Geek Squad due to the fact that the "spinning wheel" of computer death never stopped spinning... also, the computer's keypad does not work at times (who knows why? no one) and the Geek Squad made things worse by restoring the computer and then failing to do any backup, lost all my documents and hundreds of pictures. Can't wait to save up for a new computer, and SELL this trash for whatever I can get for it. NEVER will shop again at Best Buy. Ever, never, never.

This is the worse computer I have ever had! It Its slower then my older computer that is 5 yrs old! I am sorry I wasted my money! I hardly ever use it! I should of returned it!!

i have had this device in the past and have had good results with the device previously. but this device is defective i need to replace it when i visit the store again

Great laptop for work purposes. Lots of power and great speed.

This computer has window 8 and it is hard to figure how to use the desktop and find programs in the two different desktop.

look somewhere else. There is reason why it was cheap. Out of the box blu-ray didnt work. Machine was slower then my older lenovo that I replaced with this one.

This computer works great, but I have had two hard drives failed from this system. So when I purchase another lab top it will not be a Lenovo
