Great price but there are some issues with this PC. Specs were great but it produce a burning smell. Exchange for another and the new one did the same thing.

This laptop went completely dead after minimal use. Sent back for repair and the mother board was bad. It was fixed at no charge and seems to operate ok.

the hardware is great for everyday home use. the preinstalled (and as IT told me: "widely known") malware from Lenovo took me a week + IT assistance to make the laptop work on the university network (meanwhile I was blocked from any network connection at the univ). best buy did not warn me about the malware.

I bought this as an open box item, but promptly returned it cuz it was super slow and I wasn’t having a great experience with it.

The laptop has a great price to performance ratio.

computer had too many extraneous programs on it. I spent all afternoon removing unneeded and ad intensive programs. Computer has been good since.

My previous two lap tops put this one to shame. The oldest is 9 and the other is 5 years old. This laptop is a dog. All programs are slow to open and the Internet is terrible. I've tried two different optical mouse and neither scrolls without being jerky and freezes. I will be returning it for analyses, hopefully best buy can figure out what the problem is. Btw,this was an open box sale; now I know why the previous purchasers returned it.

Keyboard buttons stick. Not the computer to buy if you are going to use it for work purposes.

This computer was bought for our founder, he is 80 years old. New software is a tough transition for someone used to windows 7

We have used many Lenovo products, but this product does not compare to their other products as far as quality is concerned.

Salesman at best buy hyped this up an tons me it would be good for what I use it for. Stuck with it now. Can be slow at times

We love this laptop! We upgraded the ram to 16 gb and upgraded the hard drive to SSD. Now it is a superfast laptop for Windows 10. It is very reliable and the screen is excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Not awful, not great. Spend the extra $100 or so to get something of higher quality. It's a laptop. You're going to use it.

laptop is good but being a time to time user,am able to find some minute problems by its usage day to day,though not bad

Luckily, I bought this computer for my wife to replace her old one of the same model. I did however plan on using it awhile until I could upgrade my own computer. After a day or two of using it, I threw that idea out the window and went right back to Best Buy to get a new Mac. I despise Windows. I am glad that this isn't mine. She is used to it, so it does her fine, but me...I hate it.

Computer crashes constantly. I have had it for only a few weeks and the internal memory has failed multiple scans.

Computer mouse control does not work properly, the right and left click buttons don't work correctly

This laptop has enough tech and power to handle pretty much anything you can throw at it.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. This computer stopped working less than 20 days from date of purchase. I was formerly a BIG fan of Lenovo. This machine is garbage, and I will not be buying another Lenovo machine.
