I haven't received my laptop yet... what a bummer!

First of all the specs you get for the price makes this laptop a good deal, powerful enough to run older games like SIms 3, Tropico 4 and Civ V, plenty of memory to open many tabs in your web browser without any slow down. Now the bad, not the best typing experience (I'm use to this for most under $400 laptops have this problem) the laptop itself is not that sturdy and feels cheap. I had a problem with the mouse cursor disappearing and freezing (this happened 3 times) but it seems to be a problem with Windows 8 since the google search showed many other types of laptops with the same problem, found a solution here: http://wind8apps.com/fix-mouse-pointer-disappears-windows-8/ There is a Windows 10 free upgrade coming up with a lot features form Windows 7 into it, hopefully this will be a better choice than Windows 8.1. Overall this is decent laptop for the price.

I bought the device. I could not get it to ope. There was also way too much junk advertising. I called a friend, a compter expert, and he agreed it was a lemon.

This is the worst computer we have ever owned. It was incredibly slow from the first time we turned it on. It takes hours to run maintenance updates, and always have to back out of the update because it takes too long and the update fails. It is almost useless.

You get what you pay for. This low price product comes with no support. Operating System crashed within a month and there is no way to recover without purchasing more support. Lenovo does not feel it is important to provide anything outside of a box.

I'm actually very dissatisfied with this product. It is very slow and freezes at times. The guy talked me into this computer. I wish I didn't listen and now it's too late for me to return it.

I have had this computer 1 month and it is already unusable. It has constant Lenovo pop ups. It started 2 weeks ago to have operating system errors causing all my work to disappear with the restart. The screen is destroyed with huge white spaces.

Product was defective. When I returned it,was told there was another one ,which turned out to be an I3 processor instead. When I asked for another same series be sent to that store,from another store that had one ,was told no.

As I was attempting to write this, the date and time appeared by itself. I can't go back to a page I was working on. The keyboard just goes on its own automatically. I can't install anything. Re: a photo, see above.

I bought this computer and used it for two months and now it's totally useless. Even with a good antivirus software virus got thru and I can't use the thing without having to pay $200 to have someone try to fix it.

So many options and needed something for work and small business came across this beauty easy to use and great for work projects

Large screen for viewing and editing photos which was main purpose. Has everything needed for entertainment and for college.

Overall Laptop was ok, but when I tried to load a cd disc so I can install my printer, it ate it up. WORST OF ALL BEST BUY WOULD OFFER NO HELP

From day one i didn't like the way the keys would get stuck. I would have to click a letter twice before it appeared on screen. Not my favorite laptop at all.

This was on sale. But, the speakers started malfunctioning after like a few months. The battery is pretty much standard to every Windows laptop I've had.

it is hard to do a review. the screen went blank within 30 days of purchasing. and have not had a chance to take to get checked. I would have to think twice.

computer seems to run very slow. its very frustrting.

My daughter has used this for well over a year and has had no issues with it at all.

I was kind of disappointed since this brand is so well spoken of. As soon as I got home, I set everything up. The next day, it wouldn't even turn on.
