I haven't loaded anything or software on the laptop yet, but it seems to be working fine surfing the web and retrieving emails and such. I do have QuickBooks software that will be loaded shortly. I am however, surprised that it doesn't come with some software, i.e. Excel and Word processing? I'm basically a PC user, haven"t used a laptop in years, so we'll see as we get better acquainted.

This is an extremely powerful laptop. I use it for my quickbooks and business needs. I would recommend this computer to anyone and everyone looking for an affordable but powerful laptop. You can't go wrong!

No problems with this laptop thus far. Boots up fast and runs smoothly and quietly. Got it as a secondary computer, but can easily be a primary for daily tasks. Also good for media - connected to my HDTV with an HDMI cable and easily watched movies and shows on Hulu. May need more power to do video editing and other resource draining projects, but this is a good, basic plus laptop.

I am not sure why the system is slow. It seems to take long time to download.

I bought this laptop for my wife who wanted to do some serious wordprocessing. The ease of set up in the way it functions completely satisfied her, as she is not a typical laptop user. I would recommend this for the first time laptop user for someone who doesn't need a more powerful gaming device.

For the price of the laptop it is pretty decent. Keys are a bit difficult to press and sometimes confusing because the keys are are very close to each other. But I appreciate the big screen and nice sound system for watching shows on it.

I went to best buy looking for a new HP (what I was used to) but left with a Lenovo. I was initially attracted to the price but feel that I got so much more. The clarity and speed is incredible. Took only a few minutes to get up and running on my wireless network and no connectivity issues with my HP printer. It's very thin and lightweight. So happy I took a chance on something new. As a plus, the salesperson at Best Buy answered all my technical questions that made me feel comfortable with making the purchase. Would highly recommend this product.

Easy to use and set up. Very light even though it is a full size laptop.
