Went in for an HP laptop which was out of stock. Associate recommended this one saying it was better overall. Still learning the new Windows, but overall it's been a good computer so far. Haven't uploaded any pictures to play with that program yet. Mostly used for Internet and Internet games

This laptop seems to be great for someone that just uses it for basic things, like bill pay, browsing the internet. I bought this for my mother in law to use at home. It was a very good buy

After my old laptop basically bit the dust, I needed a new laptop quick in order to continue with my education effectively. This laptop definitely fit the bill at the time. The big drawbacks would be the resolution and the Operating system that comes with it, but at least the OS part can indeed be addressed. Currently running Ubuntu 15.10 on mine. I would suggest that whoever gets this laptop should get another 4GB Stick of RAM to throw in there and an SSD in place of the hard drive it comes with. Or at the very least, get the SSD.

My old laptop still had Vista on it so I knew it was time to get a new one. After looking at all of my choices at Best Buy (the only place I trust to get a laptop) I had it narrowed down to 2 different ones. After reading reviews for my Lenovo, I went with it. I love it! It is lightweight, has a keypad on the left side, the keys are far enough apart that I don't have problems typing. My daughter-in-law was so impressed that she told all of her co-workers about it and I had to send them a link so they could check it out themselves.

I love how easy it is to work. I do NOT love that for me to set up an account for her I had to pay Microsoft. But that's an entirely different review. The computer itself has been amazing!

Runs a little slower than I thought it would, otherwise it is good.

I am satisfied overall with this laptop. It's a good product for the cost. My only complaint is that I cannot find a gaming headset that the microphone will work. Tried 3 different sets. Called Lenovo for support, they verified that the port was good and said it was a faulty headset. All three new headsets cannot be faulty. Even tried Lenovo brand headset.

This was a last-minute purchase as a Christmas gift for my husband and was based mainly on value and the computer specs needed. No problems and my husband has been happy with his laptop!

I bought this laptop after my HP died. Its not fast nor slow, but get the job done and I've checked my emails with no performance issues.

We needed an extra computer for traveling and this computer worked perfect. It makes it easy to perform college work while out of town. Have had no problems with it and setup was easy.

Enjoying windows 10. I like how light the ASUS is and its speed.

Good computer for its price, very reliable and easy to transport

This computer is pretty fast and will hold all the storage I would need. I like the looks of it and learning the new Windows 10 version. Will update after using this for a few months.

This is a solid laptop when considering the low price. If you do a lot of gaming or use a lot of RAM- or processor-intensive applications, though, you probably want something a bit more expensive. I purchased this for my son to use primarily for school, and for that, it works just fine. I see no reason why it wouldn't hold up for five years or more.
