Taking some time learning windows 10 but once i got going it is pretty easy but still like 7 better.it is only used for watching movies and netflix and works perfect for it,the best buy employee that helped me with it was great and very helpful and will/would recommend it to anyone looking for a good and inexpensive laptop

This pc is just what I needed. It is not heavy and is fast enough for surfing and viewing videos. The battery life is fair but improved over previous models.

there was a problem in that this was a demo, and the DVD player program wasn't working. Geek squad repaired in Tulsa, no problems. only minor inconvenience.

My son needed a back up computer while his was being repaired. It works fantastic for school, and he preferred this one to the one we originally purchased.

My mom had been wanting a laptop for a while so I decided to get her one for Christmas, it is east enough for her to learn to use and she enjoys it.

First time purchasing this brand of PC. Met expectations although expectations of my parents, who are nowhere near power users, is lower than most.

Overall this laptop is intended for us to run a single application and it does that without issue. I have not required it to do much more than that.

The lightweight design runs very cool. The laptop I had would get hot. The colors are nice and the battery lasts long with fast charge times. The computer is also fast enough for what I do with it.
