System scans encounter issues that can't be resolved (since Day 1 setup). When connecting my Nikon camera to retrieve photos, gives error message that photos can't be located. Not product related, but hate the Windows 10 look/feel/setup!

This model does what I want. I Microsoft did not find it necessary ti reinvent Windows 10. Great machine with a horrible OS. MS can keep Cortana.

For price is good ,,I think operating system can be slow at times ,interface is good ease of movement is good ,,on the plus side great memory great features great look DVR open button is a bit hard to access but over all a great value

So far this appears to be an excellent product for the pricing. Just what was needed for a student to be able to take to her room for homework.

After a lot of problems with coustumer service, finilly they get the computer that I want, is great for graphics, fast, easy to use. I love it!

this Lenovo is light, easy to operate and has many options, I can't keep off of it. I can't wait until I am doing a project with this laptop.

first one had to go back to Best Buy - after hours on phone with Geek Squad - it was determined to be defective. Don't get one unless you get Geek Squad Protection. Mouse pad over-sensitive - font changes. Feel of keyboard good.

Chose this model which was good for my basic use of email, internet, and MS Office. I especially like the design and feel of the keyboard.

This laptop works as fast as the last desktop unit had. The only thing I find lacking is the memory...4GB is a bit light..16 GB is WOW!!!
