Bought this computer for my wife to replace her old one. It has worked just fine for what she does. she is able to surf the net and play video's with out any problems and runs all the program s that she needs on it. Maybe isn't the best but if you need just a basic computer this will work just fine.

Work fine for intended use. I bought it to use in my camper with a hot spot.

This review is more about Best Buy than the laptop. The sales associate demonstrated the touch screen model with me, that is the item I wanted and he said I purchased. When I got it home and couldn't get the "touch screen" working I contacted Lenovo technical support for help. They informed me I did not have the touch screen model. When I took the laptop back to Best Buy the customer service associate and I went over to the computer section to show her the computer I was supposed to have purchased, the computer was still there but the price tag on it was changed from $329 to $449. She checked with the manager on duty and told me they could give me a $20 discount off the $449 price. The Lenovo laptop might be a good product but the service at Best Buy is terrible, very disappointing!!! I will be purchasing a laptop some place other than Best Buy!

Its been a month since I got this laptop. Its been working fine as of now.

I bought this laptop 4 years ago, and will never buy a Lenovo again. It has never been very fast and just became slower and slower, although I did not save any files on it. Only emails. I have since cleared out all the emails and it did not help. It started locking up and going through an automatic fix Lenovo fix, but did not fix it. I am about to throw it out. But the point is that it should have lasted much longer. My 1995 IBM still works and I never had the problems with it that I have had with this brand or a Dell brand.

Sluggish when running larger file sizes and cloud-based software

LOTS OF STORAGE AND EASY TO USE. Take it with me all the time.

Decent computer but hard to figure out. Came with NO manual.

The mouse pointer goes accross the screen wildly sometomes.

This is a basic laptop with all recent tech. Got it for 300. Core i3 was fast enough for simple surfing and YouTube watching.

It was a good deal for what I use it for. Easy to use.

The laptop was open box so it was on sale for under $200. When I got the laptop home there was no charger in the box. No biggie. I went right back to the store and I was given a universal charger. The charger worked but the laptop only worked while plugged in. The second I unplugged it, it cut off. And it would only charge to 35%. I'm sure the laptop is a good one but there's a reason why it was open box and only $195. So I just returned it. Hopefully they didn't resell it again.
