I just got this today. I bought this with the intention only to play games like Sims 4 on it. Not really for personal use. (I know the processor is not the best and this isn't a 'gaming' laptop.) This was the only thing I could really afford that would hopefully give me the results that I want. Sims 4 is being delivered to my house tomorrow so I had today to sort of play with it and go on the interwebs and test it out. Every time I would search something or click on a page it would take like 30 seconds to load. That's a really long time. Also it would glitch and couldn't click on anything and have had to restart 3 times. Keep in mind I got this TODAY. My internet security isn't the issue. Maybe its windows 10 or maybe my dumb self just bought a laptop with a horrible processor. Don't think my Sims 4 will play on it well. May have to return.

It's very thin and lightweight. The screen is large, though it is a little angle viewing isn't very good. You have to view the screen directly to see it. After using almost a month now, found out that battery sucks. Battery only gives backup for about 60-70 mins after a full charge. Also the microphone driver doesn't support Cortana search.

It it hard to believe now one can have such powerful and beautiful computer in such a low price.

Good laptop for the most part, however it gets bogged down very easily and speeds can be ridiculously slow. Despite this, it runs video well.

Defective screen on arrival. Vertical line down the screen on start up. The reviews were mostly positive and the price was right, but the product not so hot. Now the hassle of bringing it back. First computer I bought online will be my last online computer purchase. Now the test will be to see how Best Buy handles returns.

I just bought this laptop and I am having crashing issues right out of the gate. I use the DVD program that comes installed and it deleted half of my finished product. I have problems with the speed and responsiveness of the computer and the laptop does not like to run multiple pages. I even have issues with the cookies settings. I strongly recommend buying a different lap top. Perhaps I have a defective unit, but I guarantee that I WILL NOT exchange it for another one. I would sooner take a store credit and buy a different model or brand. I would NOT recommend laptop to a friend.

After the 1511 fall update half the icons i added to the task bar were missing. Furthermore, the start button wouldn't work. I uninstalled the update and the computer worked fine. The problem is there is no easy way to turn off updates. As soon as they reinstalled the same problem occurred. I couldn't uninstall it the second time so I tried restoring the system to an earlier restore point. This didn't work. I created a system backup USB fob but choose not to do this and return it to Bestbuy under the return period.

Before this laptop i didnt know alot about the Lenovo brand but after years with it, ive learned they are quality products. Great customer service however you'll likely almost never need it

I was setting it up, trying to create the recovery media, and they only option is using a hard-drive, you can not create dvd media. I called Lenovo to see whats up, I am then told that if I want recovery media that will be $70, GRRRRRRR Im not a happy camper

Laptop speed is good. design and construction appear to be solid. so far so good.

This laptop performed fine for the first few months, then we noticed the mouse pad began to act strangely. Planning on taking it in for repair now.

What can I say, but junk, looks nice, but can't connect to any wifi, tried 3 different wifi , no go, took the junk back for a refund

Decent laptop. Not too fast or slow good for basic use.
