Everything you could want in a laptop. Just an all around solid workhorse. not the fanciest, but for the price you can't beat the bang for the buck.

What I wanted was a basic PC with no bells and whistles that would run MS Office programs and would do basic web functions. No streaming, no on-line games. This PC is perfect. Has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. I wish it had HDMI and/or PCI video cards and it could use some additional USB ports but it is USB 3.0. But it's an excellent basic PC for spreadsheets and word processing. Comes with Windows 10 which I really dislike. Love shopping at Best Buy where usually there is an associated that actually knows the products and listens to your needs.

I would recommend the Lenova Laptop Computer to anybody that is in the market for a light weight but strong performance computer without having to break the bank.

Good laptop for the price we are now learning how to use Windows 10. So far the laptop has worked out well for us and we are glad we bought it.

This was a purchase for my 16 year old son. He absolutely loves it. Windows 10 is very user friendly. ( as compared to Windows 8) very reasonable price as well. Also it has a dvd burner and drive which seems to be obsolete these days. But always good to have. Overall great purchase. No disappointments.

The placement of the mouse pad is to far right causing you to touch it with your wrist when you are typing. The left shift key is in a bad location or to small, I haven't decided which. I don't know if the keys are to small or if they are not raised up enough for me but I find it incredibly hard to type on. With the price of the laptop and the price of protection plan I spent over $500 and most of the time I would rather throw it than use it.

Good Computer at a low price. Easy to set up. Not a lot of memory but perfect for surfing the web.

I bought this laptop because I needed to quickly replace the one I broke the night before. Initial setup/update was very easy. Windows 10 and Lenovo tool found all needed driver updates. I uninstalled McAfee and opted for another AV solution. I haven't had a lot of time to thoroughly explore it's limits yet, but video card and display seem a bit weak if truly tasked. The offset touchpad is taking some getting used to. The right click button is in the same place where the left button usually is for touchpads that are not offset.

I wasn't sure if this computer would do everything I wanted it to but it has been great so far.

While the Lenovo was a great laptop computer when I used one at work, this one has a smaller ENTER key and the standard sized keyboard has enough different placements to make it difficult to adapt to. Recommend trying out the keyboard feel prior to buying. Also, it comes with Windows 10 now and that is a whole new learning curve when time is at a premium.

This computer is able to open several windows and still run great. It is easy to use. It has good volume and you can watch videos that look good. The windows 10 is also very user friendly and easy to learn. The computer is good looking and durable. It has made school work easier for my son.

I have had Lenovo laptops in the past so I know they stand for quality. I am very happy with this model and you can't beat the price.

I'm very satisfied with the performance of this machine. My only regret is that it does not have a light to show when All Caps is on.

Only issue I have is this laptop is a bit slow starting up. Blue Tooth range good, but battery life seems short vs what I expected.

I bought this laptop on the Black Friday weekend on sale, it is a great laptop and I like it because it has a Core i3, not those Celerons or AMD a-6 which are slower. The only con I would say is that it is not touchscreen but still, it is a great product for the price I bought it.

Setting up the computer is easy and Window 10 is almost like Window 7. Have no problem removing Mcafee program after it expired.

Good laptop. The number keys on the right side are not needed but other than that, just what I was looking for at a great price!

Absolutely terrible customer service. They charged my credit card times fo one purchase. the shipped me two of the orders I returned the one I didn't need two of and I'm STILL fighting to get a refund. It make no sense at all. the gave me 95.92 back??? customer service usually doesn't speak English very well (not that I don't like non English speaking people but if we are TALKING about MY money Id like language barriers to be minimal) and if they do they don't know what to do if there is more than one order number to deal with. Seriously horrible experience they charged over 1600 dollars to my card for a total of two computers (the order I wanted) A hp at 560.00 and this Lenovo a 254.00 Ive spent literally 5-6 hrs on the phone and no BS 3HRS at a counter in a store... no one can figure it out. It is infuriating. The Lenovo itself is ok kinda. Its slow. I wouldn't recommend anything under 6 gig the hp is a 6 gig and its fine.

It's a bit slower then we thought it would be but all in all its a nice machine. It does everything we would need it to do.

So far, the installation & setup was easy, and we have had no problems at all with performance. Satisfied with the product
