Rock solid machine. Sleek design, excellent display, good battery life, quick to recharge. Even the power supply is low profile. e.g. small, light. Key board has a good feel to it. Would buy it again without hesitation. MUCH better than a Dell that I bought last year and returned to Dell as it was failing after 3 weeks of light use.

When I went to Best Buy, I was looking for a Dell Studio 17-in. laptop or equivalent as I had had one for the past 8 years. I was told that Dell no longer makes this model and Lenovo 320, 17 inch was recommended for my needs. It has served me very well in the past few weeks that I have had it. Hoping that it lasts me for many years.

Overall experience has been great. Amazing performance.

I am 62 and retired. Things have changed alot since, I was using a computer. With the help of Ariel at the location I purchased this Lenovo. Plus the Geek Squad helped me learn even more. I highly recommend Best Buy for any electronic purchase, whether online or in store.

My new Lenovo ideapad 320 laptop is excellent. I went right to it in the store because of the larger and pretty image of the screen. I don't need to carry it around, and will keep my smaller laptop going for travel, but for daily use at home, I have been enjoying the Lenovo very much with no problems.

This laptop was a great buy for my wife. I bought for her in Janurary and has not had any issues at all solid working ability with win10. Easy to use for her and she is still tryign to figure out all the bells and whistles on it. i recommend this laptop for the price for home aor a student is school.

I like a 17” monitor for the view and the separate number pad. This model had an appropriate processor for my needs. It also came standard with 8 GB of RAM and a 1 TB hard drive. This was even on sale, though the price wasn’t as low as a Black Friday price.

Got this laptop at a good price on sale. It does the basics very well. The screen is cheap though, and the fan runs a lot. But it gets the job done.

I'm not much of a techie person so I wouldn't say my opinion is helpful to all but I can't complain about this computer. It does everything I needed to do to run my businesses. I purchased two of them, one for home and one for the restaurant.

And really wish the keyboard was backlit... overall eh. Would return but yesterday was the last day they would take it back. My fault for thinking 30 day return like most reputable places

This was my first laptop purchase, I've always used a desk computer. Having a mouse built in is still difficult, but I'm getting used to it. Wish there were some tutorials that came with laptop for those of us that are beginners.

I was looking for a laptop with a large screen and number keyboard on the side. I chose Lenovo. I don’t like the mouse connection it will disappear and flickers.

I like that the printing on the keys are large enough to see. That’s why I purchased this one. The characters on the other brand I wanted were to small for me to see. I think the characters should fill the key for the benefit of those who have poor vision.

The Best Buy Team was very helpful. The were knowledgeable about the product and helpful when picking out the right product to service my personal needs. Great Job. The product I purchased has thus far lived up to how the Best Buy Team said it would.
