The salesman told me it was what I was needing. I just wanted a lightweight computer. The Google OS is awful and confusing. I have been a windows user for 25 years and although some features are good mostly this computer is useless. Today it froze on me and I couldn't even shut it off. I had to get another computer and research how to unfreeze it. Unfortunately I am past the return date otherwise Best But would get it back. I am very unhappy with Best Buy. I doubt this will be displayed.

Seems to me that that processor is a tad bit slow. If you’re just trying to buy to browse the internet, it will get the job done. Multitasking? Nope.

That is a big disappointment that the sales man did not make that clear to me after i told him that i didn't know much about these computers and how the work.

Had to swap for one that worked

Swapping it was pretty easy although inconvenient. My son uses it for school and likes how it can function like a tablet as well. I bought the two year insurance since he will be taking it to school every day (at a cost of over 30% of the price). I asked the cashier if they would put the screen protector on for me. She said yes so I came back two days later. I told the tech what I wanted and waited 20 minutes for my turn. After waiting, he told me that he would not put it on unless I paid between $15 and $30. He needed to look up the exact price. He said they would only do it for free if I had a different insurance plan, and I should just buy that one in addition to the one I already had. I asked him to please do it. He said no. Verizon puts a new one on my tablet and phone every time I want to change it, and I do not even have the insurance! What horrible customer service! He was not a bit concerned that I had waited for 20 minutes for something that would take him 4 minutes or less.
