Setup was simple. I use for excel and streaming, no problems and everything runs smooth. The track pad to push down feels stiff, that’s my only complaint. This is my first chrome book, needed a computer quickly and this one fit the budget.

Great Chromebook

Since they have a few weeks more of school (collage) so we pick this for the time being. She love this device, it's fast and long battery life. Got everything she needed for school so not sure she will replace it with an I7 laptop.

The features my son loves are the touch screen and the ability to flip. In the four months he has been using it I can honestly say the battery life has not diminished a drop. The Lenovo is superior to our previous brand. I wouldn’t buy any other brand going forward.

Great low end Chromebook

As well as the quick consistent system updates native to chrome OS. Area that could be better would be the screen to body ratio, other than that I have not had any issues or any complaints. For the price it's a good value if you're just looking for a computer to do web browsing, email, and light Android app or chrome app use.

It exceeds my expectations for ease of use and durability. It has been wonderful for remote learning and can handle anything that has been required at speeds that rival my more expensive desktop. Decided to replace with a comparable unit. This one has touch screen. Easy conversion for my daughter to this unit, partly due to Google cloud everything. Light, durable, and great performance. Nice screen clarity.

Good entry level Chromebook for virtual learning

This is a no frills Chromebook that allows our 6th grader to get his school work done from home. The camera quality is good for his Zoom meetings, and the size and weight are perfect for an 11 year-old. This Chromebook has performed much better than a similar Asus we bought for our other son.

This is a very easy tablet to use, and is great as it functions both as a tablet and a laptop. The touchscreen feature is also nice. What is also great is that the screen is immediately one when it opens up, and doesn't have that lag most laptops have. Nice size and weight.

Quick start up, easy to use, and small. I was getting tired of lugging around my 15.4 Lenovo Laptop, so this fit perfectly. The only downside is the streaming video is not very consistent. To much tiling when streaming. But for the price, you can't go wrong with this. And my previous experience with Lenovo support was outstanding!

Awesome little Chromebook

We decided to go with a Chromebook for her as they are typically less expensive than a normal PC laptop, and the interface is more similar to the Fire tablet that she was used to. We have a Lenovo laptop as our main PC and love it, so it was a no brainer to go with the Lenovo brand again for the Chromebook. Setup was quick and easy: I created two user accounts on it, with mine (google account) being the main account with admin privileges and for hers I used her school email account, which limits what she can do on the Chromebook and as a parent gives me some relief. Bought this when it was on sale around Black Friday for a great price! Also purchased the Geek squad extended warranty just for the peace of mind, since you never know what will happen, especially with kids. Great little Chromebook, especially for beginners!

Good value for the price with having a chrome book and convertible to a touchscreen tablet. The processor is speedy and simple to use for kids. Comes with usb C. The touch feature and tablet mode are nice though I don't use them much. With 4 GB RAM it is fast enough. Only gripe is keystrokes make some noise. Not ideal for a quiet environment where you need to type much.

All you need for basic web-surfing and youtube/movie watching which is what I do most of the time. Why spend all that money on a fancy full size computer when you don't have to?
