The only issue that I have had with it is the cheap plastic. It's cracked in many places over careful use. I will be getting another one in the next year or two.

So far she has no complaints but we did have some trouble with connecting to an older HP laser jet printer

A good 2 in 1 if you know it's limitations

Streams HD youtube videos without difficulty. It shows it's slowing processing when watching TV via the internet. If you keep the video quality on "Auto", it pixelates pretty badly. It's even worse when trying to watch DVR recordings when out of the home. It also struggles when chromecasting to an android TV. If you don't need to watch TV or chromecast, it's a fine notebook. I'm torn about paying the premium for the 2 in 1 feature. It works great when reading a newspaper, but is heavy for a tablet.

Posted .The Lenovo C330 Chromebook uses a IPS LCD w/LED Backlight (Anti-glare) screen, with a resolution of 1366 X 768 (HD) and a strong brightness level of 300 nits. You can adjust the brightness of the screen. On the top row of the keyboard you will see two keys that look like the sun. The one on the left turns it down and the one on the right turns it up. Hitting the key will incrementally turn the brightness on the screen up or down.

Works well with a good antenna for local stations (news, etc. and ABC, CBS and NBC. The "voice" feature was a surprise and has given us many chuckles.

Weird OS. Buggy software. Inadequate hardware

My Chromebooks built in mouse buttons were faulty and did not show a cut/copy menu, However a USB mouse did allow this menu. But with only one USB, no external hard drive could be attached at same time as USB mouse. There are workarounds with addition of USB expansion devices but I was in remote area and could not acquire one. USB ports also take a lot of beating so an extra one is needed. Had software issues too: Outlook Android did not have "Junk File" folder displayed in fold menus. Much of my correspondence ends up in this folder. Had to use my phone to check email contents. Lots of window based apps do not have android versions yet.

Great pad but...

It lasted 2months and then it would not charge. I sent it back without a hitch to lenovo and in about 2wk fix time, they sent it back without any costs. It has been ok since, so we'll see!

My brother put a password on it (he passed away) and we could not get in it. Took it to IT people and it was cheaper to get a new on than to fix it.
