Further, in the store it indicated that I would have an office package which expired 7 days. Generally, not sure if it were a bad bargain but I have not been able to use this laptop at all owing to how slow it works.

It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding software programs. It is good for light work with Microsoft Office programs and browsing the internet. There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software.

I have never experienced such a slow piece of junk like this. I walk outside at watched grass grow while it attempted to load one webpage. It works great as a paperweight. I returned it after 13 days. Just awful.
