The laptop and accessories that I purchase are exactly what I wanted. The only issue I have is that I ordered it online and it was shipped days later; however, the warranty that I purchased began the day I bought it. I paid for it and hadn’t received it yet. It would be better to begin the warranty on the date it is received when shipping in involved.
