If I had to make one change it would be to have a number pad on the right of the keyboard. Also, the right shift key is small but overall I'm enjoying my purchase!

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. Additionally, with regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Some issues with touchpad but a mouse remedied that. Machine is a great piece of hardware for someone working with photos and video.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

laptop a good replacement for my deskside
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this laptop for a couple months. the 4K screen is fabulous - so sharp. I bought the 15.6" screen size because I mainly plan to work from home, at a desk. it would be a little heavy to use frequently as a tablet. I am not happy with several things on windows 10, particularly that the mail app does not fully support Yahoo. If you decide to use Yahoo mail through the app, you'll have to downgrade the security settings in Yahoo so that you can use the app on a mobile device. You can still use Yahoo mail through your browser. Second, adobe acrobat reader was not automatically installed on the device- had to install it to handle pdf files. Third, when I increased the size of my desktop icons from the default to 350, it looked great, until I decided to use the mail app to delete my yahoo account. The window that popped up asking me to confirm the delete, did not display the bottom section of the window, and I could not move the mouse to see it. I had to downsize the desktop icons back to the default, in order to see the full delete confirmation window. On the pro side, I love having the virtual desktop, accessible through the task view icon, and the 2-in-1 design so that I can use it as a tablet should I want to do so. I would have liked to have a 3rd usb port too, but am happy to have the hdmi port.

Excellent resolution. Cons: Screen is part mirror - go near a window and you see nothing. If you join a video conference, computer becomes very unresponsive to basic commands. I am guessing because it is using all its might to handle the screen. If you remote desktop, that screen is in original scaling - i.e unreadable. Some applications have issues with scaling. I have run into two apps so far, not counting remote desktop.

Other than that this machine has a ton of problems. The fan wouldn't stop even at 0% CPU usage. Everyone else was complaining about this on the lenovo forum and they just came out with a BIOS update. I know have a high CPU usage problem where it jumps from like 5% to 100% non-stop. I don't know if I will keep this as I am too nervous these problems won't get resolved.

Just wish windows would actually take the time to fix the display issues on the 4K screens. Kinda rediculouse. Makes basically all older programs so small you can't even use it. So just beware of that when getting a 4K. Great price honestly though. This thing is amazing.
