I purchased this on sale for $379.99.
Pros:
*Laptop does not feel cheap. It seems to be well made.
*It has a nice IPS screen
*Good feel to the keyboard, though some complain about the right shift- key being too small. It also has a numeric keypad.
* i3-7100U is plenty fast for everyday stuff. (This is not a gaming laptop)
* There doesn't seem to be too much bloatware on it, and what is on there is easily removed.
Cons (not many):
* I am not sure what it is, but the hard drive is slow as can be. I may try to replace it with an SSD at some point.
* The screen is a little bouncy on the hinges, but not bad enough to be annoying.
I really do like this laptop. If I were to get another, I would probably get one with a smaller screen. I think 15" might be too big to be useful on a 2 in 1. A matter of preference, I suppose.
The other review mentioned something about the brightness. Mine is fine, at max brightness. Perhaps that person's laptop is turned down, or it has the Microsoft Night lighting effect turned on.
Battery life seems to be between 5-6 hours (I was using it to watch Netflix and to do some surfing). The cord is around 4-5 feet long. I wish it were a tad bit longer, but no biggie.
It seems Lenovo may be refreshing their Flex line soon, so either wait for a sale on these, or see what the next gen brings.
I read a review of this on another site that said the sound was not very good for being Harman. The speakers won't shake windows, by any means, but they are what I would expect in a computer in this price range. They do sound a little bit "tinny," but they are what they are.

i wouldn't buy this laptop for retail, but it was on sale for $379, which I think is good for what you're getting; specs can be better, and it'd be nice if it was SSD instead of HD, but in any case, you're getting what you pay for!

It works very well and I enjoy the touchscreen very much. It is a nice weight for its size and is easy to carry around. The battery life is good but it takes quite a while to charge. I was able to buy it during a sale that Best Buy was having though and did not pay the full original price.

Great Product.
15.6" 1920x1080 touch screen, 2 in 1, 8g Ram, 1T HD, Ports: USB 3 x 2, USB 2 x 1, HDMI x 1, SD card slot, lastest Intel Core i3 CPU
If download free WPS Office - .docx, .xlsx, .pptx compatible - replace Word, Excel, Powerpoint completely.
Completely fit for office or students usage: document processing or watch online movies or software development.
Use a universal stylus pen - with a small transparent plastic plate at the pen point - to write on the touch screen it worked although a tablet is better - after all, it is still not a pressure sensitive screen.

Bought as a graduation gift for my daughter to use at the university. She carries it with her everywhere... Just like her phone! Love the touch screen and monitor picture quality. Easy to use. She followed the simple "Quick Start" instructions and has not had an issue since. Uses the laptop to Skype with her mom... and Netflix when not using for school. High quality and great value. Would definitely buy again.

This is a solid built home PC. Not for mobile use due to weight and 15" screen size. This i s my second Lenovo PC and my previous unit is still running Win 7 and seems to be indestructable.

Great 2 in 1 For a Great Price

Purchased this 2 in 1 for my son going to college. First of all the price was great at an open box price, the 8G memory and the 1TB hard drive is more than enough power, even though I'll be upgrading the memory to the allotted 16G. Didn't look at too many other brands, I wish it was a little bit lighter in weight. However, he loved the laptop and so do I.

Got this instead of a Surface, but it really doesn't compare. Touch screen not as responsive. However, it is an excellent laptop. Plenty of storage, sturdy and a beautiful screen. May upgrade to SSD later for even better responsiveness, but for now this is already a huge improvement over 3 year old laptop.

I really like this 2 in 1 but there is a big downside...The display screen is bad even turned up to 100 percent I still need it brighter. Does anyone how any ideas, suggestions on how to fix or is it something that I have to deal with if I decide to keep the computer. I do know eventually it is going to effect battery life.

With regard to the screen brightness issues you mention with your device, there may be display driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. I like the brightness of the screen and how lightweight the laptop is. I haven't used it as a tablet yet but I have used it in touchscreen mode. I noticed some screens do not stretch. These are the same sites I can stretch on my HP screen. Kinda upset about that but I got a great price and I can still enjoy it.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Flex 4-15. With regard to zooming on sites, there may be a conflict with the browser version you are using and the site. Try using a different browser on the same site to see if that enables zooming.

This is an excellent computer, tremendous value, and does everything more expensive machines do leaving cash in your pocket. Two reasons I've not given it 5 stars - 1) The screen has a larger border than my older Vaio, and 2) the hard drive sounds irritate me. Guess I'll upgrade to a SSD to resolve that issue.

Got this when it was on sale, after using it for almost a month now, it works fine at this price point, the screen is great, has a little screen bleed on the upper left corner, doesn't really bother me that much because it's only visible on the start up screen, it did somehow shut down by itself once, and I recently found out the the hard drive is running at 100% the whole time, did some research and got it fixed by myself, hope it won't come back, fingers crossed, overall this is a great buy, would recommend it if you are only using it for web browsing and watch movies!

Obviously, this system should not be freezing up. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

I am an experienced laptop consumer - having purchased 10 laptops over 10 years. Have a great Lenovo work laptop - so thought I would buy my first Lenovo for home. However, a couple weeks after the purchase the screen went dark. Mailed the laptop to Lenovo and 5 weeks after I got it back. Worked for three days - then the problem happened again. Mailed it back and after another 4 weeks it was returned and seems to be fixed finally. This was the first hardware issue of any laptop in 10 years. Hoping all is ok and there are no more issues with this Lenovo.
