It had a problem

It started up okay worked fine , but the problem was once you leave it and it goes into hibernation or sleep mode it would not come back on, You press the power button it lights up you can hear the hard drive but nothing on the monitor and the only to get it to boot up right was to unplug and plug it back up each and every time.. So, I returned it.

Great All-in-One

Poor poor computer and customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Took computer out the box turn it on and followed directions then downloaded we'd root which I got with my purchase..the next day had problems called Best Buy in Wilson..they told me for x amout of dollars they could do something to the processor...I paid 405$ for this computer it was 24hrs out of the box I shouldn't have to do anything to it extra its was brand new..I will never deal with Best Buy again an the geek squad lol... It wouldn't let me get on the Internet it kept going back to the lock screen...very very disappointed with it an the service..it was a Christmas present for my soon to be wife...it's all she wanted so she ended up with a very large paper weight an she cried.
