I bought this computer based on the reputation of Best Buy and Lenovo. The price was well within my budget and met the requirements I needed in a new computer. A plus is the CD/DVD drive.

My work gave me specifications, and this pc was great!

Works great for my son! He has been using the computer for 5 years.

Bought this pc for my son as his first pc.It was an open box item but supposed to be in excellent quality and had one year warranty from Lenovo. Exactly a year and five days after purchase, the machine refused to boot up. I first called Lenovo tech support who tried to help and said the BIOS may be corrupted. Recommended I call Best Buy., Call Best Buy tech and they told me to bring the machine into a store. So I make an appointment and drive 15 miles to the nearest Store in Vallejo. At the Store, after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, Geek squad gets the run down and they say that I have to pay $35 to get it shipped to their tech service and then I would have to pay extra after they find out what is wrong with it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I spend $3,440 in purchases last year from Best Buy and that is the what I am told?? Why did they ask me to come in the first place if they did not even take the time to look at the pc. I then go back home, call Lenovo and they again tell me go take it to Best Buy for repair or pay to get it repaired because it outside warranty (by 5 days!!!) I ask them if they think Apple would have provided the same customer service, and agent's response was "We are not Apple, We are Lenovo". Thank you for articulating what your brand stands for! I get upset enough to ask for the manager who proceeds to tell me the same thing. When they realize that I am not going to let this go, they finally agree to repair the unit, if I can show proof of purchase. and I pay for the outbound shipping. Fine - I dont mind paying for the shipping if they will take care of the repair. So, the jury is still out if I want to buy another Lenovo product again (and work with Best Buy)

I had complete attention from the sales rep. He walked me through everything that I needed. My computer was set up and ready for use within 24 hours.

After reading reviews I took my chance with this computer - I knew it was not a powerhouse, but we were using it for internet browsing only. It is just OK for that, what I'm really disappointed in is the display itself - it is not vibrant at all - it reminds me of an old tube type monitor vs. today's technologies - maybe mine is just not right, but if it is then I would recommend look elsewhere

This is the best value 21.5 inch Windows 10 all in one computer. I got it on sale for less than $400. AMD A4 chip is little slow, but will do for me. Solid 4 Stars.

Always good when you get a Ferrari at Toyota prices, but that isn't the case here. Returned first one because it went blue screen twice in the week I had it. Second one has been running fine for last 3 months, although it makes MUCH noise. Not sure if it is the fan or the drive. Had a Gateway all-in-one that was very quiet. Lots of noise on this C40. Affordable however.

I got this for my mom for Christmas. Her old computer was dying a slow & miserable death. I went with this PC because of it's simplicity. I wanted something that she could unbox & hook up on her own. I'm desperately trying to quit my job as her personal tech support rep. I haven't received one call from her requesting help with this. That is a miracle! Seriously. Her needs are basic for a PC. She needs wifi, access to Facebook & a decent sized hard drive to store the copious photos she saves of her grandchildren from her son's Facebook page. Check, check & check! She's good to go for a while.

We bought this computer as an open box, it was slow and unresponsive and whoever had it before us ruined the speakers. We returned it and got a new one and we were pleased for a while. Nearing the Jan 15 return date, the computer was lagging and the wireless card stopped functioning twice. I figured the lag was due to low ram so I installed another 4gb of ram. It helped a little but i found out that the motherboard does not even support dual channel, it runs single channel. Very disappointing. Lenovo used some very low quality parts in this computer. The two things this had positive was the easy access to the hardware and the sound quality was very impressive for this device.

Purchased this for the kids for christmas. Had high hopes for having my first IBM in three decades. However, It decided it didn't like life after two days of sitting around. Which only confirms that IBM should stay in the enterprise market Pros: Decent horsepower per the specs for intended use. *small games, homework, web surfing, etc etc* Takes up very little space. Even with wired mouse and keyboard. Clean picture on it. Touch screen very reactive. Cons: Died after start up about two days later and all it did was sit idle past my setting up the admin account and needed updates. Bloatware. mcafee A/V All in all seems like it would have been decent but for being unable to let it get used i'll choose another brand. At least best buy was easy enough to work with to return it with the lenovo support case backing up my claim.

Bought this for my 87 year old father in-law and he loves it.

Bought this as a gift and it is great. I would recommend.
