I tried a different monitor a couple of months ago and immediately disliked it. I won't call any names but the brand carries a 3 year warranty. The picture was too harsh for my eyes no matter how I adjusted it, and the setting controls were not very easy to operate for whatever reason. So I packed it up and returned it. Finally, my old HP 17" monitor bit the dust. After intensive research and thought I decided on this monitor. Once it was up and running, I immediately loved it. Yes, it need tweaking but it is much easier to do than on the other brand I tried. It's easy on the eyes while providing crisp images with great color reproduction. I installed it on an articulating arm mount, and use the hdmi connection. In order to get this to work, I had to set up the monitor with the vga cable (included), plug in the hdmi cable, choose the input in the monitor's menu settings, shut down the computer, remove the vga cable, then reboot the computer. Prior to that, the desktop icons disappeared with the hdmi connection selected. (That may be included in the booklet that came with the monitor but I confess, I haven't yet looked through it.) That was annoying, but minor. I expect to enjoy it for as long as it lasts.

Monitor constantly flickering and changing colors.

I woke up Tuesday morning and my old Acer X223W monitor was dead. Luckily, I also have an old Dell 19" monitor attached but, at this point, two monitors is a must. Looked around and found this monitor at Best Buy. The price (129.99) was just what I was looking for and good reviews (and free ship to store) made it a no-brainer. The picture is excellent. Everything is bright and when playing games like WoW or Elite:Dangerous there is no ghosting. The stand is made of metal. I did have to completely remove and re-install the drivers for my video card, an old Radeon HD5770. Prior to the re-install the image of my Windows desktop did not fill the entire screen. There was approximately 1/4" of black space around the edge of the panel. The monitor was even available for pickup a day earlier than expected!

This is a great IPS monitor. 23 inches is a great size, not too small and not too big. The only issue with it is that if you plan to use it in a very lighted room or near sunshine (I have it near a window, obviously not on direct sunlight) it seems like it is not bright enough due to the glossy screen since it reflects everything. Although it looks great even if turn off since the IPS technology means a real black screen.

Great low price monitor, clear and sharp picture but no anti-glare coating so it needs to be kept out of line of a light source.

Beautiful colors and super bright display. Glass screen is reflective if that is an issue but picture quality is excellent!!

Love the monitor. Needed a new monitor for my new computer that I built. I was using my TV for the time being. Found this online and decided to go ahead and purchase it. Perfect for the price. Everything is very clear and crisp. The IPS panel makes for great viewing angles. Colors are very bring and true. No dead pixels or any other issues at all with this monitor. Would purchase again and am definitely planning on it eventually.

I bought one and was so impressed I purchased a second. I don't regret it. They are very nice monitors with great picture and color quality. Also, the stand design is the best I have seen. The stands are very sturdy, incredibly easy to assemble, and the screens are very easy to tilt for proper viewing angle. These monitors look and perform better than the more expensive monitors I use at the office. Definitely a good purchase.

This is my first monitor from Best Buy and I had hard time to decide to buy fit in my budge and I was looking for 27" monitor and there is none in the store and I picked this small size 23 inches and seem fine to me. This item is perfect to me and really bright enough for me to see everything clear and also it is High Definition.

This monitor replaced a 19" Acer about 4 years old. Great size, contrast, color and price.

The image on the monitor is spectacular - the colors are vivid and the blacks are black. It has VGA, DVI, and HDMI inputs, so it gives you the flexibility depending on your computer. What's great about this monitor is that it also includes an audio out jack which is useful when connected via HDMI from a laptop, as it won't require a separate cord for external speakers.

The Lenovo IPS 23" wide LED is a great monitor and only $169. I was reluctant to move away from Samsung, but I got a much better monitor for the price compared to the Samsung 23.6" LED monitor. True color saturation and no wash out, or distortion. Only wish Lenovo made a 27" version. Purchased this with a new Lenovo H50 i3 desktop. Perfect match.

I am an IT professional that is incredibly picky when it comes to monitors. After purchasing more expensive and better rated monitors, I finally found this monitor. Wow! It exceeds all my expectations (which is not easy to do!) I highly recommend this monitor.

Bought this monitor January 2015 to go along with my Lenovo laptop and docking station, and am very impressed with the sleek widescreen design and crystal clear image quality. At first I thought it looked relatively small, but it actually fits perfectly on my desk.

A great monitor for what it is. Nice bright crisp picture and sleek design. No issues. Be aware though no speakers! Seems to go on sale pretty frequently.

Picked up this monitor yesterday for a dual monitor setup. The height is not adjustable but the two monitors where the exact same height. This is not always the case as I found out the hard way with the Acer H236HL. The stand is aluminum and very stylish, sort of a satin finish. The viewing angles and black levels are very good, not as good as a Macbook Retina or iMac but as long as you're sitting in front of it, it looks pretty "expletive" good. The IPS display is leaps and bounds better than a TN. Great whites and color. The screen is bright, but not too bright. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended. I don't normally leave reviews but this monitor just blew me away.

Well i just gone through a whole week of checking out monitors price ranging from $150 to $219. Dells to acers. By the meaning of checking out I mean buying and returning and analyzing each monitor at home for a period of a day or so. But the lenovo stood out above the rest. Backlit bleeding was not noticeable as the rest of the ips monitors. Which is a good thing! The screen is brighter then the rest and the darks are darker then the rest.... Awesome find awesome buy! Dont get dooped by the 100,000,00:1 that acer h6 23 inch is to be said. The lenovo blows it out the waters...

Just returned the HP 23cw, Wichita is 50 dollars more than this monitor it had great picture but no sound outputs this Lenovo has it all brilliant picture and sound output , thanks for the sale this week bestbuy
