Had this laptop for 2 days. Screen size and resolution was amazing. My only complaint is that my screen went black and kept blinking only after 2 days of light use. Customer service was amazing at BB and let my exchange it.

I did not buy it for me, I bought it for my mom and she loves it. It is very fast for what she uses it for (email and normal internet browsing)

I use a MAC. Needed a pc for two special projects. Could not figure out Windows. Ergo, no point in keeping pc. Returned it for credit. Would recommend Lenovo to someone who understood Windows.

Geeks recommended I purchase this "open box" computer while my computer was being fixed, then return it when I received my computer back. What they didn't tell me is that they have a 15-day in-store return policy. It took almost a month to get my computer back from being repaired in KY. The KY geeks were rude to me most times when I called to give approvals to do work. Then the in-store geeks at Florence, AL, were rude and told me about the 15-day return policy, said I would have to take it up with customer service. A BIG THANK YOU to Taylor in customer service for honoring what the geeks originally told me and took my return without a problem. The computer was ok for getting me by, but I would not purchase one like it to keep.

This computer works great for college online classes.

Ease of use, nothing fancy. Good for everyday stuff.

I was enjoying this laptop for approximately 10 days until the hard drive crashed - I would have liked to just exchange it for another one & try again since I really liked it but they said it was discontinued & they could not get me another one!!!

Not only is the 17.3" display perfect, this laptop is exactly what my brother needed. Great price and laptop. Like the 500GB hard drive to safely store photos.

Purchased this for my son for his birthday. Lenovo has proven to have durable computers. We have another one that is 4 years old and not one issue with it.

Salesclerk helped me make a selection based on what I would be using computer for. Excellent, light weight, does not get hot on bottom, easy to set up.

I find that this laptop is very good. If you are looking for a compact size laptop that has just what you need to run it. I would recommend this one.

I bought an "open box" for which I called the Geek Squad for work after it froze 3 times in the first week. They worked on it for a couple hours and within another week it was dead. Couldn't make it come on. Brought to the store a few weeks later (90 miles from here), and the guy plugged it in and the sucker started up. Thankfully, I don't need this thing for work or "important" stuff, because I don't trust it. Aside from the hardware, I find all the default icons and busy stuff very annoying. Gonna schedule a sit-down with my work IT so they can help me dump stuff. And I cannot get used to the "mouse."
