Doesn't last long

We took it to geek squad and they couldn't fix it so they had to replace it. Unfortunately two weeks after we got the new one, the geek squad kept calling us to pick up our repaired unit. Not very good organization in that area.

The latest version of Internet Explorer consistently freezes the laptop. However, Chrome works well. The cursor often has a mind of its own. I have to wait sometimes for the cursor to become stable before I can click on an item. Their are other issues but it overall gets the job done. The speakers work well. The USB ports work well and it receives good wireless connection. I am mostly satisfied.
