Excellent Low Price Computer

The screen is wonderfully large, and it was easy to set up. We knew ahead of time, and already had an external DVD drive, but please note that this model does not come with one.

It seems a bit slower than I would have anticipated but with Win10 running you have a number of apps that you can disable to speed things up. I like the antivirus software that comes with it.

My first Lenovo Ideapad

The rep was there and helped me to make up my mind right away. Can't beat the $399 deal, when comparing apples to apples. This was far better than the Toshiba I bought previously. So far so good, no complaints.

Trying to get use to Windows 10 and where everything is( why must they complicate things so). Edge is slow but again that is another software issue.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

This is one of the few brands available that is reasonably priced. It does not have the quality of an HP. It is made of plastic which is susceptible to overheating, so I had to purchase a cooling pad. The keyboard is not user friendly and tends to be unresponsive. I only use it for emails, Facebook, and trolling the internet for shopping, so this laptop is fine. If I were a gamer, then I would have invested in a better and more expensive product.

Lightweight and very "crisp" viewing on laptop

We bought it with 6 mo antivirus program for free, but McAfee was already installed on laptop, had to uninstall before we could load free kaspersky. Great buy!

best laptop with key features for the price
