This model has great specs but the sharp edge along the full front edge of the keyboard side made it unusable for me. I can't believe Lenovo made a laptops with this sharp edge. I returned it within 2 days. You don't feel the sharp edge in the store as you are standing when trying it; make sure to test it as if you are sitting at a desk.

I returned the computer to Best Buy in exchange for an identical model. The replacement computer is working fine, though the Windows 10 is pretty slow.

Is it will not stay connected it the internet. And its not the wireless everything else continues to work. Frustrating when you need to get stuff done and have to reboot.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wast talked "into" this by a salesman that "was supposed to know" about computers. . but it's been the WORSE LAPTOP I've ever had. . our daughter got it for college and has had to "fall back" on our OLD HP Laptop EVERYTIME we've had to have it sent in for work. - and we've had to do so 4 times, she's had to CALL and get support to try to "fix issue" several times all in ONE years time!!

Of I could evaluate machine and service separately, I'd give 1 to service and 5 to machine. It came with half of the power chord, BB didn't solve the issue, asked me to call manufacturer, and they told me to contact BB.

This could handle both. So far everything is working OK with Windows 10. Having 8 G of memory allows opening multiple apps. The core I5 is fine here. No game intensive apps though so I don't know how this would perform. Turns out I don't really need the other monitor. The keyboard and monitor with it are fine.

Its fast, reliable, easy to use, dependable, light weight, and has great features. This is perfect for a home computer, or student. If you are looking to do hardcore gaming, run a business, or something along those lines. I would spend more money and get a proper computer for such actions.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a very Nice PC, I had it ordered and shipped to my house. arrived on the exact estimated date. the only reason I have to put 4 stars, is because when I unpackaged it there was a Warning on the product box stating [ WARNING! This Product Contains Chemicals and Materials Known to the CA Govt as Cancer Causing] this warning rose concern for me but I have not returned the PC because of it. the PC is every easy to set up. the battery life says 4 hours but seems to last longer in my opinion. very nice and sturdy design. good sound, and decent screen graphics. no problems with speed, fast as any 8GB intel i5. your not going to find another computer with specs like these at a price this competitive, that's just my advise. also I am sure these are going to end up being out of stock after a couple months so make your decision soon. I can say so far I am very pleased

With regard to the California Warning Label, this pertains to the elements that are in virtually all electronics that are used to build circuit boards, transistors etc. As you probably know, you can not just throw out old electronics. They have to be safely recycled to prevent any hazardous materials from getting in to the environment. As long as the device case is not opened to expose the electrical components, you are fine.
