I love this computer for the price. I love the big screen with clear graphics. It is very fast for what I need it to do. I have been annoyed that when I type the cursor seems to jump around the page so that I'm suddenly typing back a few words, on other lines, or in other boxes that I intended. I cannot figure out how to fix it! Also, I had expected that a terabyte was 1,000 gigs, but when I look at the C drive it says I only have 885 available. I'm not a super technical person, so maybe I should have known this?

It is a great, fast and reliable computer. Works fast, the battery lasts around 3-4 hours. The size might be seemed to big if you want it as a portable laptop. It's more a home computer. The only problem I found with this pc is kaspersky antivirus, which is included for free with this purchase. The blue error screen appears constantly with the antivirus working. Had to delete it.

The Lenovo is a nice laptop with a big screen. Fast. Lots of storage. It's no gamer's machine. The price is a bit high for what you get.

I wanted to use my El gato HD 60 S to capture my ps4 footage. My current all in one PC was to far from my PS4 and the specs weren't good enough for capturing footage at 1080 p at 60 frames a second. This laptop more than meets the needs. The El gato HD 60 s works flawlessly with it and it even captures it at 1080 at 60 FPS. There is also no lag. This is a very good laptop for the price and with its specs it's still a good PC for some gaming. Very good buy. Especially for anyone looking for a laptop to use to capture video game footage using the El Gato HD 60 S.

Excellent specs for price. Very responsive and not a lot of unnecessary software pre-loaded. Not a gamer, so can not comment on it's ability for that. 2 reasons for the 1 star deduction. The keyboard is somewhat small for this size laptop. Plenty of room for a bigger foot print keyboard. The 8 gig of memory is made up of 2x4 gig, with no free spot for expansion. Regardless, even buying 2x8 for upgrade still makes this worth the cost.

The Good: Laptop is not bad, feels well made, video camera quality is great, screen is bright and sharp, sound is awesome, keyboard has a good feel to it, touch pad and buttons work great, hard disk good size and fast, works great with 4GB RAM, I'll be upgrading to 8GB shortly, fast and capable CPU suitable for many tasks, Windows 10 works great, it picks up all devices and installs the proper drivers, UEFI boot provides added security, Lenovo support site has all the drivers and more if you need them. The bad: Laptop failed on me after 8 months, no video or sound when trying to boot, only CPU fan comes on. Called Lenovo, they told me the warranty has expired, found out it starts when Lenovo ships the laptop to the store, Lenovo told me to email Lenovo warranty support to have it changed, I've been doing this for the last 4 days, I have yet to receive any emails back from Lenovo warranty support. So now I have a broken Lenovo laptop.

It is pretty fast when surfing the web and watching movies. The big screen has a nice picture and colors. So far I am happy with it, have had it about 3 weeks.

Has a good price and it's fast and has a lot of space

I purchased this computer 3 days ago and after wireless transfer of all my files (documents, photos, music, and video) I have spent a lot of time exploring what features of Windows 10 I like and eliminating those I don't. Installed my older versions of some software and they work well and oh so fast. I would recommend it to anyone! Love the 17" screen! The sales person was highly knowledgeable about this product.

Having this new laptop makes everything so much easier for me, my old one was pretty old and this was such an upgrade. Really worth the price.

This has not disappointed me at all. It took time to learn the Windows 10 that was installed on it, but everything works well. Great laptop for a great price.

The 300-17ISK 17.3 Laptop was not on display. So, I bought it without trying it out and regret it because I am disappointed by the design. It is a generic looking matt black box with a faint texture pattern. The case shows smudges, which isn't a good look. Its heavy (~6lbs), thought that is not unusual of a 17.3” laptop. The right shift key is smaller than normal, so I keep hitting the up arrow instead of shift. The worst thing about this model is that it has a sharp edge that makes resting your palms uncomfortable. The faceplate the holds the keyboard in place is sunk into the base, rather than flush, leaving this very uncomfortable edge. I haven’t used it much because of this, so I can't say much about the performance. I’m taking it back.

This laptop is perfect for my business and home. It has excellent screen quality.

I returned this laptop to my local Best Buy because it was completely unusable and exchanged it for another new one. The first laptop would do the following: Change “zoom”, open ‘tabs”, "highlight" and change to another website all by itself. I did install the update from Lenovo on both laptops the first time I logged- in. The replacement laptop is doing the exact same thing. I do not recommend this laptop because of all the bugs. Part of the problem may be with the Synaptic Touchpad. Please note: this computer does not come with a trial of Kaspersky IS as described but rather McAfee. It took forever to complete this review because of all the bugs.
