Once installed, Google Chrome would not launch, and when I attempted to troubleshoot the issue, the settings window would not open. I had to open in safe mode (or whatever it's called in Win 10), just so I could get into the Recovery settings and perform a reset which wiped all files off the computer and reinstalled Windows. That didn't help. So, I don't know if it was a problem with that particular machine, or some kind of conflict with all the bloatware that's preinstalled (and remained after the reset), or what. Bottom line, this computer just did not function as it should.

The laptop was easy to setup using Windows 10, it provides fast performance, and the 1TB hard drive provides plenty of space for all of her files. As an IT guy, I love that the laptop also came installed with 8GB of RAM. That definitely helps with Windows 10.

Great Product

My only complaint is the "lip" of the rim that runs along the outter edge. It is where you rest your wrist and after awhile it becomes irritating, then actually becomes painful.

Sweet Laptop

For the price I paid, this system works great. It's loads and shuts down quickly and the videos play well. The only let-down is that it does not support Sony Memory Stick Pro-HG Duo cards.
