Happen again at home and I found out that it was in tablet mode (keys and cursor go inactive)

Good laptop for home

Power cord interface with computer is good. Sometimes you type a different character on the screen due to touching the pad. USB 3.0 interface works very fast for transfers.

Couldn't get some of my older software to install. Probably needed to upgrade that software anyway. Will purchase a new desktop in the near future.

Agreat laptop for the price

I have always bought Dell computers and am happy with this one since it had what the Dell computers didn't for the price. I am a student at Aims Community College.

The representative was good in explaining options and with what we would need based on use and so far it is way more than we expected. Didn't know the name but he assured us it is good.

The Geeks are fabulous! The laptop is a bit bigger than what I wanted, but I wanted the number key's pad, so, I got it! Right now, I'm typing on it!!!

But what it is meant for, it does a great job. If you want a bigger screen, internet, documents and just casual streaming. This is a great laptop for you.
