A bit slow to load up but other than that it seems to do a fine job (it's just used for business accounting for a SMALL business). Easy to pack around and light!

Great computer after some software was removed and some new was installed. I don't know what was done. My stepson owns a repair company and he did the changes.

Like the large screen. Some of the keys on the keyboard are a bit smaller than usual (right shift key, enter key).

It easy easy to setup and configure my apps. It's fast to start up and shut down. I like the feel of the keyboard and the mouse isn't overly sensitive nor do you have to click really hard.

I purchased this product to replace my 17" Asus laptop whose touchpad went bad after windows 10 update. So happy with the product. It has been reliable and has given me no problems at all.

Screen went blank for few seconds once awhile, dunno if that was some kinda update but overall decent performance for that money for sure.

Good laptop with a good price, pretty basic stuff in it for daily use. Satisfied with the performance. So far i have no problem with it.

After years of wanting the fastest laptop, I've retired and only need this for email, Facebook and Web browsing. This is plenty fast w/8gb of RAM, a 1 TBD hard drive and a 17" screen.

I never thought I'd be able to find an 8GB, 17" laptop in my price range. The associate went above & beyond to advise me on what would meet my requirements & found just what I needed.

I got this unit for the 17" screen that my vision now seems to require. My 15" was just a tad too small. Has enough power to do everthing I need except for heavy Video Editing.

Purchased this product after reviewing and comparing all system specifications. Reviews on the chipset, amount of RAM, screen size, etc. were all very attractive at an extremely competitive price. Issues began as soon as I fired it up. 8 GB RAM installed yet the computer continually shut down due to low memory. I updated all drivers including Windows 10 - 64 bit to no avail. I tried to contact Lenovo, Microsoft and Best Buy directly to determine if there was a patch for this conflict. Could not get through to live support at either Lenovo or Microsoft. Did reach support at Best Buy. Was told they could not help me unless I purchased a support package. That is very poor support for a brand new item. There is evidently a major issue with Windows 10 and this piece of hardware and no one is willing or wants to correct it. I returned this item to Best Buy and will not deal with them again on tech products. Do not purchase this product!

Fast bootup and very nice laptop. I have never seen a laptop with a non removal battery. Put a ssd drive in it and wow its even better. Very happy. Works great with emulators.

A good price-performance laptop with good display and lots of diskspace. Looks light, but is heavier after some time.

My wife's old computer was becoming out of date, this was our replacement. For the price, it was on sale, it was a great buy.

I was looking for a new laptop to get some basic things accomplished. this fits the bill. Very happy with the computer

I have had my Lenovo laptop for 6 weeks and it has been very reliable I like it so well I bought a 2nd one for my wife no problems at all a great buy at Best Buy

This computer is exactly what I needed for my home use. I am very happy and pleased with this product and would recommend this to others for their private use.

Love the i5 processor and 17" screen. Keys seem a little on the cheap side but I have had no problems with them.

Bought as a work computer and I have to say I am well pleased it is perfect for standard office tasks and the 17" monitor and number pad are most useful.

Previous computer was touchscreen and I can honestly say I don't miss it at all. I haven't played any games yet but everything work related is great.
