Though I've had the laptop for a little over month I get a "low memory" warning from time to time that doesn't make much sense. Overall, I'm satisfied with it but not excited about it.

We regard to the "low memory" warning you occasionally get, this means that you are nearly at the maximum of the RAM available on the system. It could be that there are too many windows and programs open at the same time. The next time this happens, check to see if you might have multiple programs and windows open at the same time. Close those you aren't using and the issue of "low memory" should go away.

The e-mail set-up and installs of programs were great and done by friendly staff. However, Best Buy was unable to do backup (of all my programs and files) for me and I wasn't happy with that. So, my overall rating is average.
