The lap top is very heavy and for some, it might be great, but the weight with the width of the machine made it less manageable that I expected. The edge of the computer along the front where the arm rests when typing is very sharp. Leaving red indents in my arms. Speakers are okay but not very loud and the mouse was often jumpy and hard to manage.

Still do not see firefox or google chrome on bottom bar, where I can just click on it and have it come up. Would be hesitant to visit Best Buy again - especially for new installation.

You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.
