It was Black Friday and I was desperate to get back to work as I had an appraisal coming in on my building that needed attention. They didn't have any Acer's, my former hard drive, and most were All in One's which I didn't want either. I have had nothing but problems with this, it's slow, my mouse regularly "disappears", screens flip out. It's exhausting but it seems like too much work to get it replaced and have to go through this again. Definitely will get something new when I can and have the time to convert from one to another.

You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
