Not working properly

Sometimes when I do shut it off the accepted way it goes off, the light goes out, but then later it is back on.

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

Additionally, With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

After I finally got like I wanted and shut it down it wouldn't boot up the next morning. I took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad guy said it was a Windows update problem. He wanted $40 to fix it or I could return it. He said they would take it back, no questions asked, reformat the hard drive and resell it as refurbished. So, that's what I did. Bought a Dell and didn't regret it in the least.

I had to take it back to have them remove the previous owner's information on it. I download a game site and it will not work. I'm paying bills today and get Stop Code: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION twice. Called the store and maybe they can order me a new one that I will have to PAY the same price for! Are you serious??? 0 Stars would be best.
