This is a great PC for personal home use. Purchased it on the 19 of March and have had no issues with it. Fast processor with no hang ups. The price was a great one as well. Good price for the product

I bought this computer for my teenage niece but it kept crashing constantly. I took it back to Best Buy and they told me it needed to update the system. Now it works perfect. I would definitely recommend it but will advise the upgrade too.

Had a unit just like it and the power supply on board went out otherwise worked great Purchased this one and transfer the drive and. Added memory firm old to it and fire it up ,works even better

Fast enough for some multitasking functions in iTunes, mail internet surfing. The unit is sleek with adequate USB ports. It was easy to setup and is doing the job it was intended to do.

This coputer is extremely slow and can't process more than one thing open at a time.

Life happens and computers crash. Best buy has stepped up yet again and has the right computer for the right price. Ordered on line and it was shipped in just two days!

i am not much of a computer person.i wanted it to banking and shopping. its downloading is slow sometimes, freezes up.

Needed a good basic computer at a low cost and this one is just that. It will do almost all I need to do. Glad I bought it.

I hope I can get used to the windows 10 operating system, as of now, I much prefer the windows vista I was using previously.

I bought this just for a internet time clock and for reference on repair procedures. This is not a work horse computer but great for word documents and internet access

I received the computer along with a new monitor for Christmas I haven't found anything bad about it yet. I get on the computer about twice a week and my previous computer was very old so this is great for me

This is a very slim and packed computer. I just needed a simple computer for work related files and such. This computer is more then I needed, but in a good way.

It's not flashy, nor is it anything special. It's a cheap desktop that's decent for web browsing, and that's about it.

I had given my old computer and monitor to my grandson...and purchased a new one for myself with the help of Best Buy experts. Within 2 weeks the old monitor wouldn't work...took it to Best Buy and they determined it not to be the monitor but the computer...so I needed to purchase a replacement for my grandson. I explained my situation and that my grandson was only 10. With their help I was able to decide on this one and it is perfect! Plus the cost was perfect! He plays his games and plays his You Tube videos. I highly recommend this computer as an entry level device. Thank you Best Buy!

This machine works fine...it is just slow. I knew that it would be when purchasing it so I should not complain.

Had to take in for repair 2-1/2 months after we purchased. Indicating CPU fan failure. To repair shop for 2 weeks

It is a nice computer but slow on loading applications and web pages but it plays mine craft really well.

This product is a good deal for the cost. It is really light compared to my old hard drive. My online ordering was a pleasant experience, also.

my mother needed a new computer without all the fancy extras for gaming and school, so this fit exactly what she needed. it runs, it's pretty quiet, and it lets her get to her news sites.
