My old printer started leaking ink, and I checked online to see what was being said about it. I do a lot of printing of labels and such, and I am very pleased. As with all new things, it is taking me a little bit to get used to all the different features, but this is an excellent choice!

nothing special but OK based on windows 10

I previously had windows 7 and find the new gizmos to be just an annoyance and not an enhancement. Also I had a previous issue of office that the geek squad told me would not be a problem transferring to the new computer . it turned out it was an issue such that every time I opened up a word document it took about 3 minutes to load

Not knowing what to get, he helped me pick this one out to handle my needs. Great Choice. I'm still finding new things to do on this laptop every day.

great laptop computer for the price

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
