The keyboard got me in trouble with Microsoft because 2 keys did not work. Have been trying to login to Microsoft for a week now. Get message: There is a temporary problem with the service, try again later.

Great basic computer

Found this one great for just searching internet email and Facebook. And comes with wireless network card installed .. plus has alot of us ports and a card reader it's small for those without alot of space

Most computers I've bought in the past came with more factory installed software. So you do need to consider the cost of some of those when pricing models. It also only has 2 USB ports in the back which isn't enough for a keyboard mouse and a printer. I had to get an adapter for that separately. Depending on what you use the computer for, it is a decent model.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
