New Lenovo desktop service terrible

That the drive is unique and can't be repaired in-house or replaced. It will take three weeks to repair - out of state - and if the repair isn't effective this must happen two more times before a warranty replacement can be processed - just short of 2 1/2 months - at a minimum. I'm without my computer for that long? Is that really the best that Best Buy can do for me? Am I expected to make Best Buy my preferred retailer for computers? That is completely unacceptable. It isn't how you retain customers.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre 310s Desktop. With regard to the mouse, you can make adjustments to the mouse in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "mouse" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the mouse there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the mouse sensitivity by increasing the delay of the mouse buttons.

I put in a $30 solid state to get even basic performance out of it, and it worked better after that. Given that it is in a very dirty environment, it is basically disposable.

Check to see if the audio works for other programs than the games you are having issues with. If the audio works for other programs, the issue is most likely a compatibility issue with the game.
