Not worth the money

We've had it for a little over 2.5 years. The hard drive is now destroyed during the latest Windows 10 update (11/14/20). We suspect the power supply malfunctioned. In any event, the OS is gone and computer cannot boot by any means (media image, recovery options, etc). On top of that, Lenovo no longer supports it (after just 3 years of making it!). Before it got fried, it was always very slow. The CPU and RAM were just not adequate. Increasing the RAM to the max of 8GB didn't help.

It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing. If this describes your computing needs, the IdeaPad 330-15 would be a good choice. The device can support up to 8GB of RAM, so you or your certified technician could remove the existing 4GB RAM stick and replace it with a 8GB RAM stick.
