Yesterday the laptop crashed, we think may be something associated with the windows 10 System. We called Best Buy and they said they couldn't help us unless I wanted to pay a fee to the Geek Squad. Instead I called Lenovo as it is under warranty and they are sending a Flash drive to try and help repair the laptop. If this doesn't work I have to ship it to Lenovo. I will say that customer service rep was very friendly. This review probably will not be posted by Best Buy as it is not a more favorable review.

I bought this new one 2 weeks ago and am very unhappy. The screen freezes, it is much slower, no matter what setting I place the mouse pad on, it is hard to control. And it gets very warm on the bottom when in use. I have to use my laptop for my full time job, so this is very frustrating for me. I would like to exchange it and get the one I had before, but I am not sure if I missed the date to do so?

I used it for work in the office. Unfortunately the power button got stuck inside and wasn’t able to get warranty for that.
