Where to begin! In order I guess. First, the case is cheap! After using it six times the hinge on the lid broke. Second, I installed new antiviral software and got a big surprise! Even though I had turned off the webcam my new software was continually blocking Lenovo from accessing the webcam! Thank you Kapersky (my antivirus)! Third, now I’m unable to use the DVD player! It worked fine at first but now refuses to play anything at all. When I try to contact customer support I get no help other than the suggestion that I buy their new software for $100. I purposely bought this laptop because of the DVD drive as so many now don’t have one. If I could give minus stars I definitely would. My suggestion is run far and fast away from Lenovo

The Lenovo Ideapad 320 is an inexpensive, sturdy, fast, no-frills device for correspondence, research, and word-processing. It's not perfect because it doesn't have a touch screen.

Bought this to replace an 8 year old laptop. Nothing fancy, no major bells and whistles, but a good solid everyday laptop. Easy to set up and sync with my existing technology.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter. She does her homework and plays games on this laptop. She likes it and if it works for her it works for me.

I like my laptop but it keeps resizing. I constantly have to go up & click reset. Geek Squad fixed it matter of minutes, wouldnt offer to disclose what he did, then I had an update & its doing it again. Online refuses to help me unless I pay $$$ for a contract. Only 3 MONTHS since I purchased it & I'm sure its an easy fix. Not happy.

I picked this laptop up for a client they mostly browse the internet and check email and auctions. It works great for them and is very nice selection for the average user.
