    Very Nice and Fast

I was the last person in the 250 mile radius where I live to pick the laptop up. I must say Lenovo you won me over. It's very fast, smooth and looks very nice. I have a top of the line laptop made by another company and with the price point this one has, I know I picked a winner. The only con if you could call it one, is the fan. It's a little noisy. To keep it from kicking on and off so much, I just put it on its stand and its able to vent better, allowing fan not having to kick on so much. Other than that Its Great!!!!!! I use to be that guy to get to Bestbuy and they have sold the last one and there's no more around within my 250 radius, meaning that it's an item only orderable. Finally I get that WIN. I don't like having to wait. It's just me. So, if you're really interested in a fast budget laptop that's great for everything, even a game my son threw on there to try out and it passed with flying colors. Don't sleep on Lenovo. Don't pass this one up. It may not be for games 24/7 but one or two here or there, you'll be fine. I wouldn't go playing Call of duty on here. But like I said for everything else it's a WIN. As for the battery. Ran a couple test. Got only about 3 hours out of it. We use a couple of portable charges we keep in the car and home. I suggest getting at least a 24,000 power bank. Good to have when power goes out and also when camping or long trips and you wanna use the laptop. Just a suggestion I know that it'll pay off in the end.

I got this, unpacked it, turned it on, and was surprised at the ease of setup. The graphic's are awesome, speed much better than expected. Took about 30 minutes to complete setup, and then it was so easy to add my own software. It has huge amount of hard drive, the whole system makes my Toshiba look like an old SB86 model from the 80's. I would buy another one tomorrow.

I got this while it was on sale for $320. I should have got it when it was $300 but, oh well. I'm pretty pleased with it for the most part. Prior to getting this laptop, I had a used Toshiba laptop with 6 GB RAM and an 8 00 GB hard drive. The main reason I bought that one back around 2012, is because it had Intel WiDi (Wireless Display). But, nowadays, all you need is Windows 10 and a Roku to mirror your laptop to your tv. My only 2 complaints about this laptop are: 1. It only has 2 usb ports and, 2. When the laptop is running and the room is quiet, the hard drive makes a faint sound that sounds like the ring tone for a Facebook video call..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f70jbw36gBg

Bought this laptop for my mother for Mother’s Day.. her old laptop no longer could always find and hang onto the internet connection and got tired of watching her wait up to half an hour to get online. She doesn’t do all that much.. email, surfing web pages, facebook, video poker (free site).. that’s pretty much it. I tested out YouTube and Netflix and no complaints there. I do have a 5G internet connection, so I’m sure that helps. The speed of loading pages comes close to what my IPad gets, so no complaints about that. She uses a 24” Vizio smart tv for a monitor, a Bluetooth keyboard & mouse and the picture quality is amazing. Mom is almost 90 years old so not the most computer savvy person with electronics, but she has no problems with this computer at all and gives it a five stars and total thumbs up. Bought it right before it went on sale and Best Buy is great with refunding the difference you pay if within the 15 day grace period. Gotta love Best Buy!

this laptop is really great but people leave some negative reviews because of the issues that come upon first using this. First of all there is a tendency for the pc cursor to start lagging out and freezing out and crashing the pc out because it happened to me on my second day on use. Thankfully updating your drivers fixes this. this computer is great for day to day use, it has a LARGE 1 Terabyte harddrive (907 GB to be exact) a large 8 GB RAM, and unbelievable. Dedicated Graphics. only 512 mb so don't expect to play new titles. If you care about battery life don't get this. it lasts like 1 hour on a charge but that's no issue for me as i use it at home only. the cpu is fine but lagged hard before i installed drivers. Drivers are what fixes all this pc's issues. the trackpad is okay but i use an external USB mouse. this computer is great! looking forward to more from Lenovo

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15 laptop. Model number 80XS00DJUS has integrated rather tan discrete graphics processing. Graphics processing is integrated within the AMD A12-9720P processor. It is the AMD Radeon R7 graphics processing version. This model has a battery life of up to 4.5 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. To maximize battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life. This system is equipped with Lenovo utilities that you can use to regularly check the health of the device and make any necessary software updates. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window. Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. lenovo

I needed a laptop to replace my 9 year old Samsung laptop after I accidentally broke the screen. The Lenovo was a great replacement. It's fast, easy to find what I want and the keyboard was a seamless transition from my Samsung, which I loved dearly. This is a great buy for sure. I am usually very picky and skeptical but this laptop has won me over. I merely surf the net, do some work stuff and this works well for that. The size of the memory is great to have even though I may never even get close to using it all, and the chip/brain (AMD A12) is amazing.

Just needed something for online trolling, shopping and email seems to fit the bill. I'm not a tech guy due to funds so I make do. Set up was easy and transferring from old laptop a breeze. For my needs this a great value and love the feel of the keyboard especially the numeric keys. Will update if this turns into a piece of dog dung.So far so good

Great laptop at first, even though battery only lasted 2hrs. I used it for few hours and then I updated windows and all the drivers. After all the updates it started to freeze up just browsing the internet and emails so I check the task manager to see what was acting up and for some reason the cpu and hdd were spiking to 100% usage.

I bought this for my husband and was impressed with it. It doesn't come with a lot of additional software but that is fine I have my own to install. It comes with a trial antivirus but have my own so I just uninstalled it and put my own in. Screen nice, keyboard is nice to use if you are a typist. Speed is not disappointing I liked it.

I bought this laptop to be used only to check web sites, email and skype video conferencing. Casing of laptop is metal and quite nice. Much better than other Lenovo plastic laptop from 2 years back. I do not comment Windows 10. I took 1.5h to install other language package . So laptop screen is rather low resolution and cheap. It is OK for basic use. Computer speed is acceptable. I bet it would be faster with SSD. Speakers are quite good. I tried to use Skype and I was shocked. Lenovo use really cheap and poor camera. Low resolution, image was not even sharp. Bad color. Quality is like in my 10 year old cell phone. Guys spend 50 cent more and install something a lttle better. Power supply unit is light and plugs to wall socket directly (other laptos have cord on both sides) so longer cord would be better. Product is decent, camera sucks. In general, it is good value for money except quality of camera.

New job, CEO purchased this unit for me and I brought it home. After 6 hours' setup, removing bloatware and configuring to my liking (not a Win10 fan) I did all I could to improve performance. Still lagging even with all possible tuning I could. My 6 year old Dell runs laps around this unit. Great for home use, not up to demands of software installs, SQL management, etc.

This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. If the problem persists, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. lenovo

Shipping was fast and free! Had this computer set up and running in less than one hour. After setup, it takes about one minute to load windows from a cold boot. Works very well for my needs, multiple Word and Excel files open, plus internet. Don't know about gaming. I read some complaints about battery life but so far I can't comment on that.. I have only had this computer for about a week and only use plugged in. Unit does not overheat, the hard drive and cooling fan are relatively quiet.

Iv had this laptop for about a week now and I like it but hate it as well. Sometimes the mouse freezes for a few seconds on the screen but my main issue is why does the fan at times sound so loud? All i'm doing is school research but it sounds like the fan is on overtime like if I was playing 3 games on it....I will go back to the store and change it.

This is a high performance system with its AMD A12-9720P processor and 8GB of RAM. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal.
With regard to the touchpad freezing, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. lenovo

I'm a college student and purchased this an hour after my other Dell Laptop that was 3 years old crashed. I have had this laptop for around 7 months and it is terrible. The battery lasts maybe an hour, and that is when I am not using it and just packing it to and from classes, etc. If I have it charged and it's sitting on the couch, the laptop gets so hot you cannot put it on your bare legs. Just over my lunch hour, I had it stored in my backpack and it feels like it's overheated now. I loved this laptop when I first got it, but for it to not even last 6 months- because it started doing this a couple months ago, it ridiculous. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY, in my opinion. If I could return it and get a different brand, I would.

It's thin and light. I like the keyboard. Not quite as fast as my previous Dell Inspiron (Intel processor) and the battery life is about 1/2 what I would consider adequate. I try not to go too far from the power cord. Overall, I'd say it's a good laptop, but I probably should have spent the extra $100 and went with the Dell.

Being honest i really liked this laptop at first. It looked nice and it was a decent price. But that's all that was good, performance is okay~ish, the volume isn't that bad, but the screen colors are really bland, it likes to over heat from just watching YouTube for like 20 minutes or so and the battery will only last you a little under 2 hours and 20 minutes with power save mood turn on at 100% and brightness only on 50%. If you're going to use this as a in home laptop plugged in all day then this will be an alright purchase but if you're thinking about using this as a laptop for school or work might as well just spend a bit more cash on something better or just look for something that isn't this one
