Great keyboard and the number keypad was a bonus for me. My only negatives would be I feel it runs a bit slower than I would like and the mouse pad is very sensitive for zooming in and out. Seems to do it more often that I would like. Other than that, I really like the laptop, I only use it for basic tasks and shopping online. Would purchase again if the price was right!

Make sure you have Dolby Audio turned on and adjusted to your preferences. You can make adjustments to the Dolby Audio by typing "Dolby" in the Cortana search window. Select Dolby Audio. Make your adjustments in the window that opens. Safe your settings when you are done.

So far I have only had a couple slight hiccups with it, but they were caused by Windows needing to update to the latest version of Windows 10. Cortana is very nice to have. This computer is not the fastest one in the world, but it suits me just fine! I may not recommend it for live online gaming if there are a lot of high resolution graphics, however.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15 laptop. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date, including Windows 10 and the BIOS/Drivers on the device. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up.

I would definitely get another one, especially over a hp. This has been a way better laptop than the last few hp’s that I have purchased. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because sometimes the cursor gets stuck and won’t move. Nothing works except turning it off and back on. That gets annoying sometimes.
