This laptop was so slow and clunky, and the mouse pad was awful, so I returned it and upgraded to an HP. The Best Buy team was awesome about the return and exchange. I just did not like this laptop. Glad I returned it for an exchange within the 14 day window. Great service. Crappy laptop.
