II have had very good assistance at Best Buy, but there is still so much to learn because options have changed so much from my previous computer. Still frustrated...

The first Lenovo that I purchased was defective with a bad keyboard . After 2 trips back to Best Buy my laptop was replaced with a new one. The new one works great.

This laptop offers a slim design while also being large enough for a man with big fingers. It was easy to set up and navigate which was a huge plus for me. So far, it’s been exactly what I need to get school work done.

replacement for a h.p. 17 inch. getting use to the smaller screen. don't really use it a lot but HAPPY with it. was recommended by relative that is a I.T. tech.

I'm in college so I was looking for a laptop. After talking to an online sales rep about this product, I decided to buy it. It's great for school work, but the graphics suck. Don't think that you will be able to watch netflix and the picture be clear because it won't. Videos are super blurry and the colors are not bright at all. I've went through all of the settings and my wifi strength is high. This is a let down, but everything else seems to be ok. Disappointed, but not surprised.

This laptop was purchased for simple use but got the job done. My only complaint is that it didn't come with office which had to be purchased separately.

Bought three of these when they were on sale, one for the business, one for me and one for my daughter, easy to set up and fairly fast for the price of the PC.

He loves it. Easy to use, easy to play movies and games. This product is not overwhelming. I would recommend this for New beginningers or someone that just wants to check their emails, watch movies or play games.

I bought this as a replacement for my wife's aging lapotop. It is much more responsive for all of her applications and should do nicely for the near future.

Purchased this laptop on sale for my 13 year old son. It’s decent and good for him. He uses it for FB, email, accessing and accessing his online classroom.

I like The Lenovo 330. It does start much faster than my prior Stream laptop. There are still times it hangs on websites but it is better than the average.

Need to use it longer before I decide. No complaints yet, except when trying to speak with someone from Lenovo.

Our 12yr techno-geek grandson is in love with his own computer...his parents seem pretty happy with it, too! Have not heard one complaint, off-comment in almost 3 months now...know he is really happy with this.

This is my first lap top, and it was so easy to set up and learn. I am not a techie by any means. But this lap top made me a pro. I would recommend this one to anyone. Lots of storage, great speed and reliable.

Have some old pictures, video and games want to move and stored in a modern laptop. This Lenovo - 330-15IKB has wide screen to view, big memory and gigantic space to display/execute them. We're very satisfied.

Fast, reliable, good quality laptop. Bought it for my college going daughter on her birthday. She is very happy with the performance of the laptop. You can’t go wrong with this.

The startup was not clear and we had to have a techy friend lead us through. Even that was not easy. However, once all info was in place it worked!

This is a pretty basic laptop but you get a lot at this price. Really needed a basic laptop for home use and this meets all of my needs perfectly.

Computer has good size screen and is relatively light. Processing speed is adequate for basic applications.
