I purchased it because the adv. & spec. stated it can be switched to window 7 from window 10. Also a geek / & a Microsoft chat stated the same thing B4 I got it but when the geek squad took it that was a Big NO. So I returned it which was No trouble at all. It was a good price & had a lot of features that I liked.

The processor has a base speed of 2.2GHz and a boost speed of up to 3.4GHz. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal. Be sure the cooling vents on the computer a always kept clear for maximum cooling efficiency.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.
