Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 330-15 laptop. With regard to difficulty plugging in USB devices, you may want to consider using a USB Hub device. This will move the USB ports away from the device and give you a more favorable angle for connecting a USB device.

Posted .If you are getting pop ups and they are not advertising it is because there are updates your system requires. The pop ups will continue until you shutoff the pop up alert feature or initiate the update.
