Only issue that kept review from 5 stars is the fact it was shipped without the cord. I called s closer location that also had a similar open box and told them about the missing cord and was given the cord out of their box...no real hassle except the drive. Well done on the resolution.

It is quick in responding and moving around screens, silent fan, and compact size. Screen resolution is not the greatest; it is small and photo colors are not the best, but I've invested in a 32" monitor that I attached via USB and now I have the screen resolution I was looking for, all for a fair price.

The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 12GB. 4GB soldered to the motherboard and up to an additional 8GB RAM in the one RAM memory slot. Please keep in mind, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. The case is utilitarian and wouldn't look out of place in an office. This model comes with integrated graphics, which is common for laptops in this price range.
