In no time at all I was able to pick out a computer while on the phone with him. He got everything he wanted and I got a great price. Even better, it was easy to arrange for him to pick it up at his local Best Buy. In less than 2 hours he had his new computer. It doesn't get much better or faster than this.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

This machine has 250 GB larger storage. The older machine has an I-5 Intel Processor and is faster than the I-3 in this machine despite all reviews saying the newer I-3 is Faster, it’s not! But that is OK, for $349 this machine is tough to beat !

For some reason, battery life is bad after a bit and I started to experience lots of shift key issues. I like the big size of the laptop and the keyboard layout.
