The zoom can not be adjusted to stop, so I had to call Customer service. Spent 1 hour on the phone to find out it's window's 10 that won't allow the zoom to be pinched. Bought a mouse to use, which helps...don't have to use the scroll pad.

The applications can run a bit slow depending on which other programs you have running. The battery life is about average and could be much better. Overall it’s better than the AMD version of the same model.

I found the computer I purchased to have the hard drive and RAM memory sufficiend to do all of these things. It is easy to use and with the help of the Geek Squad I was able to set it up and download the Microsoft Office products I purchased.

Screen is bright w/o glare

I thought that the vibrancy of the colors would be a greatly affected from this at first, but now I find that playing with the settings helps a lot with this.
